**Covid-19 Delivery Update below**
We’re currently experiencing higher-than-predicted order volumes across all of our platforms, therefore it is likely to take longer than usual to deliver your order. Please note that we are dispatching orders in a timely manner from our site, however it is now the couriers that are struggling with the demand and Covid-19 restrictions that are leading to delays.

Please allow up to 14 Calendar Days for your order to reach you,  please note that the delays are due to the UK's delivery network currently being at full capacity.

Please be assured that we’re doing everything we can to get your orders sent to you as soon as possible, including the addition of help where available and safe to do so.

Due to the above information the below services may not deliver within the period stated, we ask you to not to call or email if it has only been up to 7 days since your order as this will delay us further, as above all orders are being dispatched within a couple of working days - we are also experiencing an issue with our 'shipment' emails, rest assured your orders are being dispatched.

Here at The One Stop Garden Shop we take pride in the quality of our products as well as the service that you receive from start to finish. All our orders are packed inhouse by one of our team members using packaging that is both environmentally friendly as well as being suitable to protect the goods being sent. The relevant delivery charge will be applied to your basket at checkout. Please note the above shipping speed is not guaranteed however we do see 95% of our orders delivered within the timeframe shown. If you would like to place an order with us for delivery to one of the above locations, please call us on 01622 842042 and one of our friendly team members will be more than happy to arrange this for you.* *Please note our delivery services may differ for these locations, this is due to courier restrictions, we will do our best to provide you with a suitable delivery service and advise you of the costs before processing any orders. We operate a two working day handling time, delivery time is in addition to this.

Standard UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment and have them delivered within 5 working days from the dispatch date. Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of your basket and will only be a maximum of £4.99 per order, please see below.

FREE UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE Delivery on orders over £50.00. Simply add all the items you require to the basket and our system will automatically apply free delivery. The service that we will use depends on the weight of your order as previously stated in this page.

Delivery Service Upgrade

Once you have finalised your shopping basket and all items are added you will have the option to upgrade your delivery service if the basket weight is below 2.5KG. This will be an option for an extra charge of £2.00, which will upgrade your order to the DPD Next Working Day Service (Orders placed before 1pm) we provide. Please note for all orders above 2.5KG weight your shipping service will be automatically upgraded.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been despatched a tracking number will be uploaded to your order information as well as being shown in your dispatch confirmation email. If your delivery service is by DPD the number can be used on the DPD local website for you to track your order and provide further instructions if necessary, if you have provided a telephone number you will also receive an SMS notification. The Royal Mail tracking number can be used on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website to confirm when your order has been delivered.

Additional Delivery information

Please be aware that orders shipped with DPD will require a signature, if you are not in at the time of your order it will either be left in a designated safe spot or with a neighbour, depending on what has been specified. If your order has been shipped with the Royal Mail and you are not in at the time of delivery the parcel will either be left with a neighbour, a designated safe spot or returned to the local depot pending a collection or redelivery. If you have any additional delivery requests, please notify us via email or by phoning us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to meet your requirements. All requests for safe spots such as ‘behind the gate’ or ‘leave in shed’ will be entirely at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any non-deliveries. At The One Stop Garden Shop we will always try to provide you with exactly what you have requested and ordered, in a condition that is acceptable to both you, as the consumer, and us, as the retailer. However, understandably, in extreme circumstances, orders may not be to the satisfaction of neither you nor ourselves, in which case please review our returns policy as specified below.


We take pride in the service that we offer and so we try to keep our Returns & Refunds process as simple as possible. We are fully compliant with the regulations set out in the Distance Selling Act, now known as the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods received

All our items are supplied to us as new, direct from our suppliers and so 99% of our orders are dispatched and received in the same, satisfactory condition. However, in the rare case that you do receive an item that has been damaged, is faulty or not the same as you have ordered then we will of-course offer a refund or exchange within 28 days, from the date in which you have received your goods. This is providing that the goods remain unused, and in original packaging where necessary, in these cases return costs will be covered by ourselves.

General Returns & Refunds

Whether the item is no longer needed, you have changed your mind, or ordered an incorrect item we will be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange providing the goods are returned to us in their new, original, unopened condition with packaging within 28 days of you receiving them. In this instance please contact us prior to returning any goods to ensure your return is handled efficiently. Unfortunately, in these circumstances we are unable to cover the cost of returning the goods to us and so we would always advise to use a reputable service and keep all proof of posting, including receipts.

Returns Processing Time

Depending on your choice of a Refund or Exchange we will usually process your returns within 5 working days of receiving back any goods that you have returned. All refunds will be processed back to the same payment method to ensure clarity, including returns costs (if faulty or damaged). To ensure your returns are processed efficiently and without any problems we would always ask for you to contact us to arrange your returns, for any reason, this is so that we can provide you with as much information as possible about the returns process for your order.
