Q1: Do you deliver overseas? A1: Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver outside of the United Kingdom however it is something that we do hope we will be able to do in the future. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please call or email us.
Q2: What are your delivery methods & rates? A2: Our delivery charge for small, lighter items is £2.99 using a Royal Mail Tracked 48HR Service and £5.99 for heavier, bulkier items using DHL Next Working Day (Limits & Exclusions Apply). More information can be found on our ‘Delivery Information’ page however a delivery charge will be automatically generated upon checking out. Free Delivery is available when your order exceeds £50.00.
Q3: Is tracking available on deliveries? A3: Tracking is available on all orders; You should have this information available through your order dispatch confirmation or account.
Q4: Can I visit your store? A4: We do operate a physical store, Pleasant View Garden Centre. We are open to the public all year round, including Bank Holidays and have a wide variety of products in stock, such as plants, sundries, composts, decorative chippings, gifts and much more. Q5: What payment methods do you currently accept? A5: We currently accept Debit & Credit Cards (including American Express) and Paypal.
Q6: Do you offer any student or NHS discount? A6: We do not currently offer any discounts other than any promotional offers.
Q7: What is your returns policy? A7: Return your item to us in its original condition with your Order Reference Number within 28 days of dispatch and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please complete the information on the back of the Dispatch Note and include that with your parcel to let us know the reason for the return. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Postage will only be refunded if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. We would always advise to contact us first regarding any returns you may have. Q9: How long do I have to cancel my order? A9: We try our best to ensure all orders placed Monday-Friday are dispatched within 2 working days however if you do wish to cancel your order please call us immediately on 01622 842042 and we’ll be happy to help.
