Neudorff’s Sluggo Slug & Snail Killer is produced using cutting edge bait production technology. Once applied to the soil the pellets absorb moisture and swell, becoming even more attractive to slugs and snails. The advanced formulation also enables the pellets to remain intact when surrounding moisture is then removed.
The active ingredient Iron (III) phosphate occurs widely in nature. Any pellets that aren’t consumed will be turned to iron and phosphate, thereby benefiting the soil.

After a few days they die in their burrows hidden from view leaving no visible dead slugs and snails. The mode of action is not based on dehydration which means that the product can also be used during periods of humid weather when slugs and snails like to feed.
